Normal wäre es auf jeden fall ein Recommended Game, Grafik sehr gut, Sound/Musik sehr gut, Story ist ganz Cool und Dark aber die Steuerung... ufff.... also wenn man den scheiß Parry und Block Mist raus nimmt und mehr mit I-Frames arbeiten würde, wäre es kein Problem, aber jeder Parry muss grade bei den letzten Bossen sitzen, sonst ist man mit nen paar Schlägen tot, denn mehr hält man auch meist gar nicht aus und wenn man nicht genau Blocken muss, kommen einfach gleich 2,3,4,5 Gegner gleichzeitig. Es frustriert einfach richtig hart wenn man wie nen Ping Pong Ball von ein Ende der Arena in die andere fliegt.

Also solltet ihr euch es holen:
Nein, wenn ihr euch Quälen und es unbeding auf standart durchspielen wollt, da werdet ihr keinen Spaß haben.
Ja, wenn ihr es auf dem Story Modus durch spielt, da kann man Stärke der Gegner und seine eigene einstellen, man stirbt zwar dann so gut wie nicht mehr, wenn man es komplett runter regelt, aber Ping Pong wird immer noch mit einem gespielt.

7,5/10 (8,8 wenn die Steuerung besser wäre)

Mindblowing game, just play it!

Sorry but the last Boss ist just a Hoax, so many one shot attacks and than three stages that take so long cause because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ high health, totally ruined the game for me now. I'm Ok with strong bosses who deal a lot of dmg, but in the third stage insta kill moves? now way

Really enjoyed this game.. until i reached the half of it.. it was so damn annoying to run from the overseer and HIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LASER, one more death or no checkpoint and I would deinstall it and the last levels are just aful too. So many precise jumps and respawning enemys, was a bit of a downer.
But overall a really good game with a great story.

You like Mechs. You like Building your own Mech. You like fast combat and bullethells.
You have nerves of steel and have no problem with dying.
You like getting your arse ripped apart by way to hard bosses for 2 - 3 h straight.
Than buy it.
If not go play with your Barbie dolls :P

After some years I tryed to play it again, not possible beacause the game WONT LET YOU RESTART THE GAME!
There is a chapter menu but you need the right parts for the missions, after this time I dont even know how this game works WTF?!

Still a good classic game, if you dont mind the old grafik.
Works fine for me, even without the patching.

After the unoffical patch you can enable "true coloring" and Bump mapping" but its makes the game DAMN dark,
even with Gamma 100% you cant the ♥♥♥♥, but still playable and a little bit better grafik.

The game who earned a good remake <3

How about playing something good?

I really wanted to like this game, good graphics, sounds and music, but the game mechanics oh damn.
I tortured me through the game till the last part, but there I will stop. After a Boss fight and there I thought I quit, the "Blood Moon" game mechanic, wich makes the game harder when you die to often, will be permanent, normaly you can change that with an special item thats not often in the game, had like 20 left, but after the boss fight its like, wait that was too easy, Hard Mode all the way.. at this point it started to go down, the last region was a nightmare! Enemy after enemy in small rooms, with more health, more dmg and so on. Maybe there was not much left of the game, but no way I will go on with this.

I really would like to recommand this game but no, not in this bad state, with minor tweeks I would give it a try more, but not like this.
