57.3 hrs on record (11.7 hrs at review time)
This may change in the future but currently, as of 10/01/2023 the game will not run on a Nvidia based card before freezing after around 20 minutes. I have tried everything recommended but to no avail.

If you have the above mentioned graphics card you may want to avoid for now.

One of my favorite games I'm too scared to play! Fantastic highly disturbing story that really got to me!
