Fantastic 90s old school horror.

Drop they hunger mod and the old game F.E.A.R in to a blender, and you get nightmare house.

I binged the thing in one sitting.

This game is difficult for anyone new coming in to it, and the devs have abandoned it.

Torn banner is also ruined one of their fans lives in part by banning him, many speculate it's part of what caused him to unalive himself.

had my reservations about this DLC, I held off a long time, i was waiting for a sale.

But 100% it's worth the price, enough content, it's basically the length of resident evil 3 >LOL<

more of the same except now you get to use a grapple hook, fun times.

buy it if you enjoy playing ada in merc mode.

This game is perfectly flawed.

if you enjoy playing a literal peace of art, and enjoy learning from your mistakes, or at times slamming your head against a brick wall, heal and continue until you realize the wall doesn't heal, but your head... that heals...

and as your mind shatters, and eventually that wall, you realize this game actually has a quite in depth story, and all the people you murdered had a steadfast purpose, while you were just pillaging their souls, so that you could murder their extended family with their souls.

Bask in this serial killer simulator, where you wake up wondering what the fu** happened, and then thrust the world in to chaos, so at least you're not the one confused.

update killed the game, this feels like a early access game all over again.

servers are buggy/slow and laggy, and at this point if they didn't fix it along side the engine update, they'll never fix it.

they pump out DLC like it's a wild fire.

I loved this game for a time, but it's toxic, has well hidden cheaters, ping abusers.

if it were only a few cheaters I could deal with it, but the entire gameplay has changed too much form what it once was, moment is different, gun play is different.

not to mention I know people that have more than one account, because once you get high enough level, everyone camps for hours, and I think camping is a valid tactic, but when that's all anyone will do, because of "mah KD ratio" and "mah MMR" they've killed the fun of the game, and now it's as if people play it like it's a career. no thanks.

This is one of the best half life games you can play, I'm not even finished yet, this should have cost money.

you play a bad guy, and lets face it, that's who's getting all the tinder smash, it pays to be a bad guy, so why not be one for free.

The big problem I had with this was the leveling system, I find it didn't fit well, exactly how breakpoint was flawed.

Too bad they never released a game setting to remove this leveled enemy/weapon bs.


me and my buddy cooped farcry5, now we're about to hit the aftermath with this baby, if it's on sale, and you get your hands on the mod to fix leveled guns and armor, go for it.


if they had added a officla patch to fix the armor/guns being leveled this would be a thumbs up.

I always liked this game, but recently I found out it had coop, and I LOVE this game.

you and a buddy vs the world, and honestly, its worked just fine for me, but some people say it has issues?

I believe this is the more realistic zombie experience you can have in a multiplayer game at the moment.

I've been searching for good zombie games, I find my self going old school with this, I honestly can't wait for the second one, I just hope they add more variants and depth, but considering how old this is, it still stands up today, it just isn't as flashy.
