my initial impression of this game is very good, however it is lacking 2 absolute features for a crpg:
1)lack of friendly combat AI, you have to micro every single spell, its absurd
2)keypad numbers don't work for conversations, really?

I loved the first game and this game is just straight up better in every aspect, the city aspect looks dope as hell
However - I have a 4k monitor and theres no UI scaling option so the UI and text are tiny to the point that I have to squint to read it, if this isn't addressed within the refund time period I will probably refund the game

EDIT - the developers patched the game to have UI scaling, changing my review to recommended

I didn't expect the game to be this good, I went in not expecting much because the Warhammer setting didn't appeal to me and I like historic settings, I was surprised.
I have played every Total War game that came out and I honestly never had as much fun as I did with Warhammer, every single faction including the DLCs have a completely different playstyle, restrictions and mechanics making every game a new experience, I have finished the grand campaign with every major faction + DLC factions and I have to say I want more, the gameplay that Warhammer brings is absolutely amazing, many things were simplified or removed from Attila, in Attila you had to build in settlements for 3 things: public order, squalor and religion, making it generally annoying to control large territory, in Warhammer you only have 1, public order and it works out much better.

I also heavily recommend all the DLCs, they all add unique units and are generally worth the price, each grand campaign is easily 10-20 hours.

There isn't a single better teamwork oriented multiplayer game that can be played and enjoyed on public open servers.
