Long overdue review of one of my favourite isometric-like cyberpunk shoot/beat em up game. Atmosphere is thick and has a lot of love from the design team. From the design of the various environment of corporate, downtown, factories to the design of the various characters, the game is dripping with originality. Storyline is really linear and the "open-world" aspect is really limited which hinders world-building; game has a lot of promise with its character(s) which I hope translate into a more fleshed out sequel.

Gameplay is the meat and bone of the game. Plenty of variety of projectile and melee weapons to choose from. The talent tree for the various tech skills to augment your shoot/slash is plentiful. There is some redundancies with certain classes of weapons when you play on, but its just a small fault. Overall, well worth the money spent.

PS: Soundtrack is KILLER GOOD. Some tracks in game are absent from the OST. Skeletons, Zamilska, and Antigone have more stuff on their profile. If the vinyl copy of the OST and/or the art book of the game is still available GET IT. If you already love playing the game, then you'll be in for a treat =) Get em' puppy!!!

No need for expositions, long winded hand-holding tutorials, and pOliTiCs. This game cuts to the chase with ABC: A- Track down best ♥♥♥♥ buddy; B- Shoot everyone, and everything, in your way; C- Rescue said ♥♥♥♥ buddy.

Plenty of character to choose from with their own strengths/weaknesses: senile granny, beefcake lumberjack, rampaging Karen, cosplaying hipster, Emancipated Will Smith, Pancho Villa, and so forth. Quite a fun time with lots of replayability.

Game is more meta than Zuckerberg's "metaverse" Secret ending has more emotional feels than all the recent romantic movies released. Gameplay fun factor is more than AAA titles and at a fraction of a cost.

If you see ICEY..... UBUY. Game is good.

Really fun game with lots of re-playability. Even more fun when playing co-op with others.
If you're coming from the first RoR, it is a bit jarring to get used to the 3D style; but it's a
short learning curve.

To sum up the gaming experience: At start all the npcs are boss levels out to kill you, but as you power up you BECOME the boss.

Game is as if Lara Croft had a child with leisure suit Larry that only likes pointing and clicking.

You must be one with the blade. You must train your mind and finger to be as one reflex. You will one day be quick enough to catch a fly with two fingers while dining at a hole-in-a-wall restaurant.

Pretty depressing game. Avoid it if you have the blues.

Really fun Tom Brady simulator. Instead of a football you're holding a gun and you're running around defense whilst avoiding getting sacked.

*Edited 1/7/22: Completed all achievement. A truly metaphysical game experience condensed in 20mins. You
win some games, you lose some games. A real life lesson on trial and error, taking risks on builds/guns/girls,
learning, and savoring that timer countdown to 00:00 unlike Tom Brady with 1 sec left on the clock at the
2019 Pats v Cowboys game.

Love, Love, Love this game so far. Story is hilarious, richly fleshed out, in-depth, and the game respects the players choices to a point it breaks the fourth wall at times to mock your decision. Graphics and art is beautiful and its like I'm partaking in a psychedelic watercolour painting. Only fault I find is the character navigation system which at times requires multiple clicking and finessing to get your character to activate a point.

To sum up the gist of the game, its like Max Payne without guns, starring in an episode of Always Sunny In Philadelphia, in which the cast tries to act out scenes from Memento and L.A. Noire.

In this post-apocalyptic pixelated 2d platform crime game where there is no law, the only law that still stands is "Guilty until proven innocent". Stupidly fun and really cheezy over the top style. Shoot everyone and everything that moves, and the only friend you have is the side piece you have in your holster.
