game of the year for me. just great fun and makes you think.

This is bonkers stuff. Theres a story here thats a veryyy slow burn - go and "make america whole again" by joining things up using a new sort of fairy dust internet that people can make things they need with. I played action shooters and survival games for the past 18 months and coming to this game was a bit of hard brake on the high adrenaline games id been playing like DOOM and Escape from Tarkov. Its relaxing though and nice to be playing it at the same time. I'll go back to shooting things up again soon i guess but for now this is a nice diversion :)

Great game, gameplay is excellent, interesting characters, some of the best stealth based map design ive come across since the old Thief series. Arkane are a superb studio making some of the best single player stuff out there. Well worth supporting.

Amazing....amazing...amazing.

Best game i have played since the days of System Shock 2. The atmosphere is perfect, the setting and lore is fantastic. Arkane have struck just the right balance between combat and exploration here. So much content and interest packed into each area - i literally just spent an hour and half in an area no bigger than a typical house ferreting out all of its content. Many games can be rushed but this one rewards you in spades for taking your time and soaking it all in. Cant recommend enough - Arkane have solidified their position as one of the few developers out there that are TRYING and SUCCEEDING to innovate and to break some of the gaming moulds that we have been doused with for the last 10 years. Well Done Arkane.

Cant be all positive though right - i have had one game breaking bug at about the 9 hour point. And the audio can be a bit glitchy especially round fire effects.

Solid 9.5/10 game and possible GOTY for me - Worth a buy - Support this great company!!
