If you don't own any of the dlc's the collector is worth it :) please take a secend to read the page as it seems so many have not read it.

It only list Collector include the other DLC's So it make sense for upgrade not to contain it or they would have wrote it.
Over all I enjoyed the story and the companions that follows.
