Hearts of Iron IV is fun and engaging game with multiple mechanics, many different choices for the player and AI. Each play-through will be different and fun to watch with the 'Historical Focus' unticked before starting a new campaign, leaving a dynamic and different campaign each time. This is a challenging game with a hard learning curve. Even losing many campaigns, it still draws you in to play more and learn more about it. Late game can be a bit stressful on the computer as its doing alot of calculations with the big wars, decent PC rigs don't have to worry so much. People who just scrape the requirements will struggle with it.

DLC can be on the expensive side, some worth it at full price and some are not, read up on them and buy them at your discretion!

This game gets a thumbs up from me!

Realistic shooter with PvPvE elements. Only 2 maps at the moment but very large maps, randomised encounters each round. Fun game to play with friends and very challenging for solo players.
