I've been running around for a few hours and haven't seen another player (have been in two servers with 20+). Loot is few and far to come by. There is a whole crafting section but the ingredients seem really rare. The zombies are usually stuck on some object/ teleport to you. Not a fun game, unless I'm missing something.
