Been an avid gamer since the late 1990s harking back to when Age of Empires was on dialup and consoles had no internet. Really got on well with Shooters like Golden Eye and Tomb Raider but when Half-Life Released and the storytelling along side FPS really grabbed a community at first through death match that I'm sorry I missed during DOOM era but happily picked up on Quake and Unreal. I really liked the idea of roles and classed based combat it added a strategical layer to gaming that was fully realised in the Mod for HL Team Fortress Classic. Played alot of Team Fortress Classic during the back in the day as part of the UKTFCL community (largely around far2cool forums and IRC channels.. times have changed. (I have a better PC) and have never found a modern game to beat it.. Been a while since playing on Jolt servers oldskool CS 1.2 as MaulinZ and Fiz ... currently enjoying Co-op games like Vermintide 2 on steam but is always willing to join a comrade in any FPS (emphasis on the First Person).. so if you remember me feel free to message.
