Only buy if its on sale. You get $10m overall value, for someone looking to get started in the business world of this game, this is something I would actually recommend. You receive things such as a CEO office, biker club, counterfeit cash business, to a bunker, all the perfect setup to getting started. The vehicles are forever free, however sell for $0 unless upgraded. Like I said, if you're a beginner who doesn't have these things and doesn't want to go through a boring grind to get to the real money, this might be something worth checking out if you have the cash. ONLY ON SALE!

From what I've played, this is an amazing game with plenty of gameplay and action. Kinda like God Of War and Assassins Creed had a baby on steroids.
