Ryse, Son of Rome is ok. already played through it. It's an interesting story, interesting combat, but def linear (which is not necc. bad). I'd buy it on sale (I did). Not sure I'd go back and play it again. It gets pretty repetetive. You start in rome, then you pick up in Britain, then you're transported back to rome. I was really let down that they didn't incorporate his journey back to rome into the game.

We should have a Friday afternoon get together with bob again soon (he left a bottle of tawny port here for the occasion, btw), and then you can try out the game.

Oh god where do I begin with this guy??? I don't even know what to say. I get into a game with him and his 4 stack and at minute 1 he feeds Storm a double kill. Now, I don't know if it's intentional or not, but it surely ruins the game experience for the rest of us!!! Didn't even try to adopt advanced technical mechanics such as j-hopping (juggle hopping) or tilt-cancelling. No. Might as well throw the match if ur only goal is to come into lobby and feed Storm a double kill in the VERY BEGINNING. (this is in Legends rank btw, so there's no excuse!!)
