After 18 year of the release of original Baldur's Gate game, we get a brand new expansion, with new storyline, new quests, new npcs, new amazing loot (I'm really impressed by the new items in the game), new voiceover from the original actors from the past. And it all feels seamless. It really does feel like an integral part of the Child of Bhaal Saga.

The thing that I'm the most impressed with is the storyline and the character of the antagonist of Siege of Dragonspear - The Shining Lady. She is up there with the original antagonists from BG 1, 2 and ToB. And I must say that I even like her more than some of the original bad guys. She is just mesmerizing. She makes you feel sometimes, like you might be the bad one and she is right.

I can't recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and pick it up.

The are so many good indie games out right now. But how do I know which one is great? I just ask one question:
"How the game would do, if it would've been released in 2007-2010?" - The Golden Era for indie games with World of Goo, Super Meat Boy, Braid and Aquaria.
I can safely say, that Aaru's Awakening would definitely do great.
