Didn't expect it to be that fun... A bit grindy though.

Nice visuals and music, but the gameplay is just bland and repetitive, boasting all the outdated concepts like stamina bar for running and flashlight battery that last for just a few seconds. Limiting the player's freedom in exploration by numerous locked doors and unclimbable stairs just adds more frustration to the experience.

But the most glaring flaw of this game, for me at least, is the absolutely terrible directional audio. In a genre that relies heavily on spatial awareness and the ability to pinpoint enemy locations in the dark environment where most enemies like to appear out of nowhere right behind your back, having no idea where the enemies are coming from is completely unacceptable. I was hoping that v1.0 would finally fix this problem, but unfortunately the sound is still completely broken.

NOT A GAME. More like a tear-squeezing "sad" graphic(?) novel masquerading as an old school 8-bit game. Meh.
