Pros :
-The voice acting.
-Immersive environmental and weapon sounds.
-Better gunplay. (Shooting is satisfying. Far less use for V.A.T.S)
-Smaller but denser world map.
-Crafting and Customizing your own gun and armor
-Engaging Side Quests
-Building Settlements from nothing to sprawling communities
-Lots to discover
-Power Armor Jetpacks

Cons :
-Bethesda removed the skill system, they replaced it with a streamlined perk system. (For casuals)
-Watered down dialogue system. Successful speech is determined by the level of your character's Charisma level.
-Constant frame drops and stutters. (Fixed by a Fallout 4 configurator mod. Game running on my rig at 65 fps with dips of 50 at stressed areas)
-Had to disable the mouse acceleration and tweaked mouse y+ and y- within the .ini file. Because the default setting is ****.
-Adjusted the FOV within the .ini file as well. The default FOV was at 70. (Adjusted mine to 100)
-Settlement workshop is tailor made for consoles. No mouse control when choosing/building.
-God Rays.
-One hour within the game and you're in a Power Armor. No Power Armor training whatsoever. The player can just hop in.

-Highly recommended if you played and finished Fallout 3 and Fallout : New Vegas.
-Play Fallout : New Vegas first before playing Fallout 4.
-Fallout 4 is basically a watered down Fallout game.
-Better than Fallout 76

Just play CS:GO. Don't waste your time.

My preferred game when I want to relax and regroup after playing a rage induced match of CS:GO. It keeps my sanity in check.

**NOT RECOMMENDED**

Competitive Matchmaking is full of hackers, it is unplayable. I played 5 competitive matches in a row with either my teammate or my opponent *Wall Hacking* or *Aimbotting**. Valve needs to put a hardware ban or an IP address ban ASAP. Overwatch for this game is useless as well, what kind of game developer gives an extra chore to their audience to help identify hackers by giving them gameplay demos of the suspected hacker -- which Valve* should be giving this job to their CS:GO Development Team of some sort/or/employees in the first place?

Yes VAC is working (somehow), but the hackers will just make another Steam account and buy another copy. It is laughable that these third-party clients have 128 tick servers (e.g ESEA, FPL) and a better anti-cheat system than the game developer itself.

Once you hit MGE-DMG, its crawling with hackers, griefers and boosted players.

Over 60 hours on steam and plus 10 more on the Hi Rez client and I still can't recommend the game. Servers are garbage, it feels like I am playing at 50+ ping all the time. Random disconnections every now and then some times you can't even reconnect to the match. Hit registration is ♥♥♥♥ as well.

The optimization of the game is great though, it runs smooth, I'll give them that.
