Very relaxing! Perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Or chilling out on a sick day. I never make tea. But I just made tea and played for 2 hours.

I played this on a whim and I'm so glad I did. It's a very tightly told story with well made cooking mechanics that do a surprisingly good job drawing you in emotionally and not just being speed bumps to the next bit of story delivery. I was holding back the tears, trying not to look crazy in an airport by the end of my short, sweet experience with this game.

It's a writing prompt game. Expect and be ready for that, and you'll likely have a very good experience. Or more accurately, you may have a real writing experience. Feeling good about your writing can be hard. Trawl puts you in an imagined space where distractions have been reduced. It calms you and then gives you a focus for your thoughts. It is minimalist because it needs to leave room for you.

It's both modern and really takes me back to a simpler time when you just wanted to hit your friend in the face with a ball for fun. Scoring a solid hit is realllly gratifying.
