The swapping skulls mechanic is an interesting twist to an otherwise traditional 2D roguelike platformer. I would recommend this to anyone who has played and enjoyed something like Rogue Legacy. Also, while rarely anyone plays a roguelike for the story, I do feel like there is enough there to keep me interested and pushing forward. The game is a little vague when it comes to some of its mechanics however. There appears to be some sort of synergy system with the equipment but I'm not quite sure how it works.
