After a year of break from this game my problem with skins that were gone after cross progression still wasn't solved, because "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify and restore missing skins unless they are from a recent promotion or a recently purchased product. As we have no way of confirming the acquisition/ownership of these skins, we are unable to add them to your account." So yeah, after playing this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game for 500+ hours, opening over 300+ cases, trying to complete some heroes skins collection, now I ended with 20% of that, because yeah ♥♥♥♥ you, we can't verify that. But you don't have to worry about that, you still can buy those skins for 1500 Overwatch Coins (18$ - each legendary skin) for one legendary skin. Damn good deal. Just want to say, don't spend any money on that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ corp, who knows when we get Overwatch 3 Premium ♥♥♥♥ Pass Edition with all skins that you had, but you will have to pay for them again. Even EA has to applaud them for such a brilliant handling of business affairs. Let's hope that after the acquisition by Microsoft, something will change in this direction, and we will get back the old good Overwatch 1 with free loot boxes for leveling up, instead of relying on microtransactions.
