Come for the gameplay, stay for the art-style.

SONY may have retreated for now, but that still doesn't change what they tried to do - or what they may do in the future.

I could list a multitude of reasons, but at the end of the day it all comes down to the fact that SONY is an out-of-touch company, who can't leave well enough alone.

This is why we can't have nice things!

So disappointing...

TL;DR: Come for the gameplay, stay for the soundtrack! And the new OST from the Traitor Curse Anniversary Update is pure bliss for your ears!

You probably go into this game for it's universe and lore, the hack n' slash combat and the pure carnage of being overrun by hordes of enemies. If you are a former Vermintide-player, you know what I am talking about.

However, what I personally discovered is that, although I keep coming back for all of these things, what really keeps bringing me back is the music and sound-design of the game!

It's just SO freaking good and combined with all the other elements I spoke of earlier, you get a package-deal, that is just so hard to beat. It all just flows together to bring you into the dark and gritty atmosphere that is the 41st Millennium.

Yes, the game has some technical issues (although I have only experienced a crash or two), but let's be fair: It could be a whole lot worse compared to some of the game-releases we have seen over the years.

I guess it's alright.

An interesting, but perhaps cliché story, hard rock music and a shotgun to the face of countless demons...
If that ain't you, then take a hard look at yourself and ask; why not? :)
