If you get this game, you need to get the Wrath of the Lamb DLC. Fun little game where items, floors, and enemies are randomly generated. You unlock tons of stuff through achievements along the way to add to the fun.

Vivid artwork and fantastic music! Fairly short game with not a lot of variety in gameplay but it's worth grabbing when it's on sale. The storyline's pretty depressing though.
