I have been unable to log in since the day of the purchase.
With numerous emails sent to the developer regarding the account issue, I have only received 1 reply in 4 weeks asking for more details that I have provided.
And now they have been silent again for over 10 days, and Steam will not provide a refund because it's been more than 2 weeks since purchase.
0/10 "best" experience ever

For a game that has been in beta so long you would expect them to fix at least SOME bugs (which I never encountered in beta tbh)
1. Sound can get randomly disabled after a cutscene/conversation
2. Character model can be stuck running in same direction
3. Character model can be stuck in default ragdoll position randomly
4. The Demon boss (before Justicar) can teleport you beyond the wall which will make the quest impossible to complete even if you kill him there
5. Summoning spells were put in the game to rip off Diablo 3 Necromancer? Well, bad news for you - your summons dont work. They dont attack, they randomly get stuck, force attacking with them doesnt work. Overall summoner is unplayable and why would you dedicate a whole talent tree to it is beyond me.
6. And finally! Justicar - an awesome boss and an amazingly hard fight (for a glass cannon wizard at least) can get stuck in Invulnerability in 3-rd (last?) phase every time he casts his AOE. Out of 3 times when I got to that phase with all "extra lifes" left he got stuck in invulnerabilty each time. Once - at 6% health. And you can do nothing except die on purpose to the spirits to get ported out.
Not to mention the complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on launch day - login problems, game can't be created, character gets rolled back etc.
