Antichamber. In my opinion it's a really great game despite being "simple". But beware because I promise that you are not prepared. Euclidian spaces aren't something that this game knows about. You'll most likely get stuck at least once. The mechanics are easy to understand but quite tricky to use. The ambiance is very relaxing actually, which helps ease your mind, especially when you're not getting the point of the puzzle.

I can't really say there's any sort of pros or cons. You get it, or you don't. But while you progress you'll get a clearer vision of things. Some mechanics will be reused in parts of the map you didn't think you could.
One other great thing is the motivational quotes you can find throughout the map. Getting them all is rather satisfying as well. But they really hint you on what to do sometimes.
One small protest I'd have to make is dev rooms. They're hidden and sometimes impossibly hard to get to. But they also are decoys to where to go next or how to progress, which sucks. If you're going to hide them, sure but regroup them or put them on a special path dedicated to them.

Overall I'd give it 9/10. I mean, it's challenging, it's somewhat relaxing, and helps you develop how you think things.
I've found a "Under Construction"-labelled door. Does that mean something will be added or it's just aesthetic? I sure as hell don't know. Find out yourself while playing the game.

A nice beat'em up. It's awfully good to let out frustration.
However careful, because the NG+ is also awfully good to make you frustrated.

This game will make you go from crying like a little girl to smiling like a dumba.ss in less than 3 minutes.
All the characters are very friendly despite most of them looking like they want to murder you. You know what they say, like.. You don't know a being until you get to know them better. That's all that game is about.
Oh sure if you're a soulless, narrow-minded pr!ck, you can murder everyone. You'll see how it turns out.
Needless to say the original soundtrack is awesome. Just.. Just appreciate it while playing.

Only con I can find is that Toby Fox is a spawn of Satan that loves to torture human beings with their feelings. Yeah, I think that's pretty accurate.

10/10, there's seriously nothing bad I can say about it.

Evoland 1 was already a great experience. And now you get a sequel, that can only be good yeah?
Well, friend, indeed it is good. Evoland 2 is an awesome game, that goes through every step of the evolution of gaming. There's a mix of retro-gaming and what I'd qualify as "modern" gaming.
Beat'em'all, RPG, Shoot'em'up, VS Fighting, and a lot more; They are all combined in one, single, game. Every gamer will find something he likes in this.
Moreover, the characters, storyline and the mechanics are quite interesting and are worth checking out.
And if that's still not convincing you, there are TONS of references to other licenses/game genres/clichés that are for you to find.
I honestly recommend that game because it's fitting for everyone, that it is by the variety, the lifespan, the graphics or the gameplay.

V1.0 has been released for a while now and good god does it give a lift to the story and ambiance of the game! Everything has been revamped for your enjoyment and everything is ten times cooler. I felt myself shivering through every act.
And the new campaign that echoes Nitronic Rush is here to give you a large helping of colorfulness and good vibes.
Awesome graphics as always, love the gameplay, the possibilities are endless, why wait?!

Cons
None to this day, especially since the last updated that eradicated all the bugs!
Now, all I can say is that, as every rogue-like, you need a lot of patience to beat the game.

9,8/10. Seriously a good game, and in early access. Very promising.

Start from the bottom. Be ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Keep playing. Get better. (Do it)
Play more. Finish the game. Now play for fun because you're so damn good.

9/10, seriously a nice game developped by very talented people.
Now you just gotta be lucky and think your actions through.

Be aware of what items will break your run, and start directly in Hard mode; For switching from normal to hard all of a sudden, I didn't feel any difference really.
Give this game a try, even if it's hard at first. You've gotta learn one day.
