Its the same great game from 2006, just with a few added bells and whistles. As is the case with Capcom's recent remakes, the game is both easier and harder than the original. Its difficult to describe. A lot of the more frustrating elements from the original game have been either removed entirely or toned down to make them more tolerable (survivor AI being chief among them). The bosses and military soldiers towards the end of the game are a lot tougher now and will kill you very quickly if not properly prepared.

The ability to fast-forward the in-game clock is honestly such a game changer. It adds to the fast pace the game has and once you know what you're doing, it cuts out a bunch of downtime.

I do have some minor gripes with the game, mainly the sound design in some areas (voice work is fine. guns sound strangely weak when compared to the original game). There were also a handful of odd visual bugs I kept noticing as I played, but nothing to really ruin the experience.

One of the greatest zombie games of all time has straight up just been made better and I cannot applaud Capcom enough for it. I only hope Dead Rising 2 gets similar treatment down the road.

Easily the best 3D Sonic game since Generations. There is some jank, but Sonic Team has a really solid foundation with this game. If the kinks are to be ironed out, we could have something very special in the future.

I've beaten this game a total of 9 times between the PS Vita version and now on Steam.

Unless you're like, allergic to great video games, buy this game. Right now.

Basically what I'm saying is, put 30 bucks on your Steam account, and download this game IMMEDIATELY!!

In all seriousness though, I was a slacker-backer and got Beta access a couple of years ago. Already the game was fantastic, but now that it's finished, I can very safely say its one of the best 3D platformers I've ever played. The controls are spot on and feel very nice, the level design is top notch, the music is beyond fantastic, and while the game won't win any awards for its graphics, its still very bright and colorful! And with Steam Workshop support and the eventual update that'll add Online Co-op (which is also coming with a new level) will make the game even better than it already is!

Please, give the developers your money. They've earned it.

Everything about this game kicks major ass. The visuals, the soundtrack, the story (albeit a bit hard to follow without looking into everything). Do yourself a favor and buy this game.
