Edit: Changing my review to a yes. Nexon America and the GMS team for MapleStory have slowly transitioned their focus towards the players. Seeing as it's Nexon though, they still try to pull money from it's players in the forms of Boosters and Passes which are posted at ridiculous prices IN THE F2P SERVERS.

However, the reality is that they are a company trying to bring content to its player base in the forms of new events with great rewards and quality of life changes. Because of this, I can see past the payed content cause they are also pushing quality of life changes and FINALLY starting to listen to the community.

I love this game honestly, always had a soft spot for it, and it brings me joy and hope to see the game finally reaching the potential it's always had to be a great MMO.

Would recommend trying out but I'd still advise to avoid spending unnecessarily.

DO NOT BUY FROM STEAM IF YOU INTEND TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS/ONLINE AT ALL. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO. ACTIVISION NO LONGER CREATES ONLINE KEYS FOR THIS GAME SO YOU WILL NEED TO BUY FROM A 3RD PARTY WITH A VALID KEY.
