WHY DOES THIS GAME HAVE SUCH A GOOD SOUNDTRACK

fantastic game with snappy controls, very fun and unique mechanics that make this shmup really stand out, and a very, VERY high skill ceiling.

i enjoy this dlc... but there's not enough here to replace what bungie has removed. sorry :(

a horror game for people who want to get into horror games but are too scared of them, like me

the jumpscares are minimal, and when they do happen (there's not that many) they're fun. i found myself laughing and being scared at the same time because of how much fun i was having. fantastic characters, story, soundtrack (did not expect the ost to slap but it do)

it's a fun game but its one of those games for me where you play it once or twice and never pick it up again. which is okay, because it only costs 5 dollars. solid game, but at a certain point all rounds feel the same.

A mania rhythm game with incredible potential that I desperately hope gets more attention. The devs are very committed to making this a great game and are trying to foster a community around it with small tournaments (and I think the prize pool for the tournaments comes out of the devs pockets but I literally have no idea)

I can't wait to see where this game ends up in the future.

Cave Story is a true gem. It has a fantastic cast of characters, complete with an incredible soundtrack (regardless of whether you choose Original, Classic, or Remastered,) snappy gameplay, and a wonderful story. It's definitely a must-play in my opinion.

The game's history is fascinating. It had an enormous impact on the gaming community when it first came out. Man, it would've been amazing to see what would've happened if this game was as huge as Undertale. I think it deserves it.

As someone who loves space and astronomy, this game checks all boxes for me. As someone who likes video games, this game leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I got the base game for $6 on IndieGala. After playing for a while, I'm absolutely enamored with exploring new systems, mapping them out using the LSS, buying new ships to make me an even more efficient explorer, getting into space-fights... there's a lot here. If you love astronomy as much as I do, you will adore this game. And that's why I enjoy this game. It's less about the actual gameplay aspect for me and more about the space simulation part of the game.

If you're looking at this for the sheer game, there is plenty for you to do, but if you don't have friends, this game will fall a little flat for you later on. As many people have mentioned in the reviews, it gets extremely grindy later on in the game. Now, I've never played a truck sim, but I can imagine that they're not too far off from what Elite: Dangerous is.

Overall, really fun space simulator, really fun game with others, kinda fun game alone. I'd recommend this game if you've got a buddy or two to team up with or if you like astronomy and space stuff.

this game is my biggest inspiration, it does so much, it's so ambitious, and yet it does everything perfectly. a must play
