Don't get me wrong, it's a great game and I did enjoy it a lot in the beginning.
However, the servers is hosted in NA. And as an EU player, I constantly had +120 ping which made PvPs extremely difficult.
And since this is a PvP focused MMO RPG, I can't recommend it for EU players.

It may look simple and boring. But once you start playing it, there is no such thing as stop playing it :D

Edit: Still playing on and off 3 years later, and enjoying it just as much!
