Fun and novel at first, but the magic dies pretty fast. A unique idea of asymmetrical gameplay with playable renditions of all sorts of famous killers (and just as fun original designs) will draw you in, but after getting some time in the cracks start to show and eventually you'll be met with an unplayable mess with the most stagnated meta around. Recent updates show it'll only get worse so if it's in your wishlist/recommended, then steer clear for now at least.

Overall: The only way this game is playable is in a full party on discord. Playing as killer and especially solo survivor is depressing at best and toxic or even abusive the rest of the time.

Exactly a 7.0/10 game. At base, the gameplay, story, traversal, controls, etc. are exactly alright. Many individual scenes actually have really good writing and characterization. However, for every exceptionally well written scene or gameplay segment, there's an equally bad story beat or boss fight. Overall these moments even each other back out to just good. I didn't like the crafting system so much.

Honestly, I think the biggest value this game has is as a sort of trial run/concept piece. I imagine a more refined sequel or different game with the same mechanics from these devs would be amazing. I really want to see them make a Teen Titans game with Robin, Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy, and Cyborg using this system.

A fun adventure. I finished it in maybe 3 sessions and spent another just getting achievements and exploring. You might get lost a few times on the first play through. Also boobs.
