Art Style x Play Style = Beautiful.

As mentioned in previous comments, the fix does work. It's been smooth for me every game.

FPS CAP FIX

Go to Steam\steamapps\common\Mission 202\Engine\Config

Open BaseSystemSettings.ini in your preferred text editor,

Ctrl + F search for "AllowPerFrame"

There will be "AllowPerFrameSleep" and "AllowPerFrameYield".
Both will be "True". Change both to "False".
