My taste in games is as varied as it is in music (from Death Metal & Grindcore 🤘😎 to J-Pop/K-Pop. 😆) Deltarune (Spamton!) = my current hyperfixation.

I lean toward survival, story-driven RPGs, 2D side-scrollers, twin-stick shooters, tower-defense, & music-based games in single-player... or survival, survival-horror, RTS, TBS, FPS, 3PS, & other action games co-op with friends & family. I've had fun in competitive multilayer in past decades, but due to my poor health, I can't keep up anymore. But I still enjoy the thrill of overcoming steep challenges.

I've also got tons of games on other libraries, old-timey physical PC disks, & both retro & modern consoles. Started out on Atari 2600, then NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, N64, PC, then XBox & its evolutions. Though nowadays I'm mostly on PC, using old XBox 360 controllers for accessibility reasons.

I'm from an age where video games had to actually be "complete" before they were fully "released". And I'm a strong advocate for returning to that standard.

I've been willing to help Early Access games get to that point, but seeing how many have taken advantage of players' funds without regard for their feedback, & still "releasing" while falling FAR short of their advertised vision, I'm way less likely to invest my money & time toward such ends anymore.

((I've got ADHD (inattentive subtype, with severe rejection sensitivity), Fibromyalgia (soft-tissue pain, weakness, & brain fog), 2 decades of chronic sleep issues, chronic pain in all my joints which often lock up, spinal arthrosis, & various other conditions that slow me down physically & mentally.
And being an outcast since youth, then debilitated as an adult, has left me socially stunted. Please be patient with me making child-like social mistakes despite being in my 40s. ))
