I purchased the COD21 Season 2 Black Gold Pass as a gift, but encountered a very disappointing issue. The pass was successfully claimed as a gift and appears in my Steam inventory. However, upon launching the game, the pass is not activated, and the Black Gold skins are unavailable.

To make matters worse, I contacted official customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, the responses I received were very generic and failed to resolve the problem. Customer service seemed to be relying on pre-written replies and did not provide meaningful support for my specific situation.

This purchase experience has left me highly dissatisfied with Activision's service quality. For players considering purchasing the COD21 Black Gold Pass on Steam, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. My personal experience has been very negative, and I hope Activision will take this feedback seriously and improve the purchase process and customer support on the Steam platform to enhance player experience.
