Addictive and very cool. Every ARPG fan should give it a go!

I've only played for about 5 hours on PC (add another 15 hours on PS5), however, I'm more than comfortable giving it my stamp of approval. For transparency, I'm not a big PvP guy either. The game is fun, more so with a friend or two, but perfectly enjoyable solo. Most of the people that I have ran into are not looking for a fight, and are happy to share an extraction elevator with me. The one thing I have learned is that there seems to be a certain time of day, I'm US Central time, where you can count on the gank-fest to begin. Example, a buddy and I did about 12 back to back runs yesterday (Black Friday). The day went off without a hitch, extraction, after extraction with little to no issues. Then, just after the dinner hour, here come the roving bands of teenage, keyboard badazzes talking trash, and shooting everything in sight. This seems to be a pattern so I log off, and then wait for the inevitable Monster fueled sugar crash and things go back to normal...usually by the next morning when they're sleeping til noon.

In all seriousness, this game is a complete blast to play and the majority of players you'll run into just want to farm mats and extract. The AI enemies are engaging and can be a challenge, but most are easily avoidable with a little stealth and on the fly planning. I haven't done much of the questing, but it seems decent and the rewards aren't bad. In the 20 hours I've played, I've managed to extract way more than I've lost, built all my benches, have some decent loadouts put together, and it's been a ton of fun. Highly recommend!

It just keeps getting better and better! Funcom is really coming through with some major improvements and I'm sure the official launch on May 8th will bring even more. This game is a blast especially with a group of friends!
