I can only give respect to the single dev of this little gem of a game, since creating one in Unreal Engine is, to my knowledge, hard already for a team of people, thus having it be done by a single person is just awe-inspiring. While it does have its share of negativities like:

-> the dragon´s slowness (which makes sense as a hatchling, but gets pretty gratifying as an adult)
-> a potentially game-breaking bug that causes ???s to not be registered properly when dug up (thank all for Chapter Select!)
-> no 100% completion reward (sans the achievement)
-> some copyrighted music that doesn´t allow streamers to safely stream it

I do need to give it a thumbs-up because of
-> its pretty inspiring story (at least if you ask me)
-> actual challenge if you´re going for 100% completion (be ready for Chapter 2, seriously!)
-> most importantly (to me), absolutely awe-inspiring landscapes that you get to visit and explore
-> you´re playing as a dragon. Just that.

Overall, it might be comparable to The First Tree when it comes to animal exploration games, but it´s a nice little (as you can see by my game-time; 100% in 10´1 hrs) gem that is having the potential in being so much more. Fingers crossed it´s gonna be in time (as long as it´s being the dev´s focus, that is)!

One of the best Tetris games ever made that I know, given how it has both single player (both challenge and practice modes!) and both co-op (Effect Modes where, during Weekend Rituals, you have a chance to earn different avatars while working the common goal of a special green Avatar that is different every weekend) as well as PvP multiplayer. Visuals and music are just absolute awe-inspiring as well as jaw-dropping and if you ever need to relax, then that˙s definitely one of the games to go to even if you˙re not a Tetris professional like I am (don˙t let the playtime and my in-game levels fool you, ha ha ha ha ha!).

Actually a really nice game to chill to if you˙re up to some fun with corrupting "modern-like" cutesy candy floss-like tales into either what they used to be like (cautionary tales) or utter darkness-fests filled with gory details, as known for American McGee games (think American McGee´s Alice on that one). Do definitely recommend you all to get all 3 seasons on GOG more, as in here, you have like 23 DLC additions you need to pay for (except for the 1st tale, which serves as a demo) and it˙s kind of trashy to need to pay for one when an average story playtime is around 1-2 hours if you´re like me and chill (as well as butt-stomp everything into darkness, which is honestly one of the fun bits; the other is finding Easter Eggs and references).

Yaknow things are gonna get good when the very least you can do is test other people˙s really fun contraptions and maps, especially the scary ones. Wish it would´ve been used more for images even nowadays than SFM because even if old, it´s worth being preserved for everyone that will come after us.

One heck of a classic music-riding (and this means ANY music, including your own! :D) game that is just the right amount of colors, modes and backgrounds to not strain your eyes too much (compared to Audiosurf 2´s overall flashiness, that is, which is, to say the least, too much for me at least) that, surprisingly, still works on Windows 10 (version 1803) as per time of this review.

One attention though, people, if you try to run it while your region date/time format isn´t set up to English (United States) as default, it might give you a runtime error for QuestViewer.exe. That˙s the only complaint I have about this game: it´s not being properly updated for region date/time formats as per current time, even if it makes sense because it˙s an old game, but still, "old game" doesn˙t necessary mean "dead game" as well.

That aside, definitely recommending it if you wish to relax (when playing casual modes, that is, as well as Freestyle) and listen to some music. ;)

Too bad that nowadays the game is being so alienated to me due to how its community is like. What used to be plenty of good times on my side (the hour countdown can tell you everything) is now barely being able to be found and well, there is a reason I never ever dared to play MvM. I´ve heard enough horror stories of it as it is.

If you´re a newcomer, then great for you. At least to me, the game feels it´s been an undead ghoulish mess for too long, only being kept alive by updates the same way the Administrator has been kept alive by her Life-Extender Machine ... and those updates are definitely not my cup of tea, so yeah, time to move on from it. I shall cherish the memories it gave me when I used to play it forever.

Ok, if I would describe this game, I´d use the word "abstract" because in most levels, it´s just that: an abstract walkway defined by a song where your overall goal is to find a red rune that opens the exit door. Its overall vision reminds me something akin to a mix of Audiosurf (especially the neon bits + accompanying song in each level) and someone´s really messed-up, but still nice dreams, which personally I like, since there aren˙t many games where you get to explore someone else´s workings of the inner mind, in this case being that of a VR engineer, turned into a VR simulation. Songs are really nice to listen to as well, but well, they´re kind of my alleyway as well anyways, so I have no regrets playing this nice, albeit short (you have 30 minutes to play it before it ends) game.
My overall review of this one? I like it. I´ll probably replay it again in the time being, by far the only complaint is the said time limit (30 minutes). I wish to explore more of this game´s realms, dangit! :,D

If you hadn`t played this shiny gem and especially now that with Shadow of War fully out, then let me tell you, NOW is the PERFECT TIME to get it and at least test it prior testing its sequel. Sure, the story missions themselves (of core and DLCs) tend to get pretty repetitive if you play them more than once, but the Nemesis System and all sorts of challenges you can try while playing this like "Groom Thy Pre-Branded" (only care for your Uruk Captains that entered the system while being branded already - branding already existing Captains and Chiefs (outside TBL) is forbidden) just skyrocket the replayability of this beautiful game ... especially if you`re a bit quirky and don`t kill the foe Captains the instant you meet them, like letting them retreat or flee from fears. Combine that with the uncanny ability of Captains becoming Returners as well as Ambushers and other traits that will make you want to pull your hair out if properly comboed and you can get one heck of a history + story-telling with one or more specific Captains that you either loathe or love. Sure, the history and story-telling may feel bland if you already tested/played through Shadow of War, but remember, this one is a prequel and thus it makes sense things aren`t so updated as they are in its sequel (and yes, careful with your brands because unlike in Shadow of War, here your Captains remain yours forever and don`t come back if they get killed!).

Admit it, how many times you wished to explore every single nook and cranny even in a linear game, but the game itself stopped you from doing just that?
How many times you wished to just behead your enemy and then kick their head around like a football? Pick them up with Telekinesis, then just toss them straight up, relishing in their screams? Having Sword Clashes ("Contests of Might" in game language) where the enemy gets Disarmed if you win and yet they still try to fight you using only their bare fists? Freezing up the floor in front of the enemy and then watch them just slip and fall with absolutely no grace?
Making friends out of Goblins and even an ORC as long as you don`t hurt them?

Then this game is for you. Maybe it`s linear and still has its own share of glitches, especially if you tend to "sequence-break", which will happen a lot if you absolutely despise escort NPCs, but the combat system, interactive surroundings (throw rocks, ignite patches of oil, break barrels, trigger traps and more!) and a big replayability factor all make up for it. A fair warning for players that absolutely despise crypt levels tho, this game is LOADED with those and since we also acquire the Rope Bow as well as Master Thief outfit, the latter demanding your character to be the ultimate sneaking machine, you probably know which game franchise is being referenced there. ;) :,D Only that in this game, we can shoot heads off the undead with a single arrow if being skilled enough, ha ha ha! >:D

Absolute classic and a must-have game to play, even if it`s only 10 years old nowadays when compared to its older spiritual predecessors like Arx Fatalis. Too bad its Multiplayer part is pretty much dead tho, but well, some things just cannot stand without help from the devs and anti-hacker protection. :(
