The very definition of "Hidden gem". Nothing more should be needed. Get this game, give it a chance and I mean a good and solid chance, don't get put off by the start of this journey, you know how Dark Souls was at the beginning and we all wanted to be able to overcome all the "hardest game ever" reputation it had. Give this game the same chance you gave Dark Souls and you will not be sorry, don't take my word for it, ask anyone who finished it. Almost every single person I know that has played this game has moved to the now dead Dragon's Dogma Online which was ONLY available in Japan and it was such a huge hassle to make everything work yet all these people did it because they loved this game so much they wanted to be able to share the experience and love they had for this well crafted software with others and understandably so. Again, get this game, even on a discount, it's very much worth it. Can't wait for Dragon's Dogma 2 and let's hope it's going to have an online component to it.
