good game but really wish the global version is coming soon

Played it a ton after release and got bored of it after the first season.
Came back now and enjoy playing it again, can recommend it if you are a squad of 3 and want to have some fun.

Played the first Episode in one sitting and I already love it more than the first one.
I think the Big Brother/Little Brother relationship will bring me to tears eventually in the next Episodes.
Exited to see the Characters develop and how my choices will change the outcome.

This is MY experience so far.

Since the game was basically super hyped I wanted to give it a try aswell. I have never played COD in my life and I'm not too keen of it aswell.
BUT Battalion was actually enjoyable, played it in Closed Beta, it had some crashes here and there and plenty of jumpshots but it was OKAY.
Now that we are in Early Access I'm a bit tilted. Starting the game takes a g e s, I already put it on my SSD but it still takes years, and it crashes A LOT. Having to restart it every time is really frustrating if you need to launch it for minutes.
I would love to play the game but getting constant "host disconnects" or just getting put into full games/games with 0 players or not getting into a game at all really is not worth my time atm.

At least you can create Community Servers/Host your own Server which run way better and if you are looking to Scrim that's probably the best thing you can do atm. But you won't get EXP in said servers and if I remember correctly you need to be level 10 to play the Comp/Wartide mode that unlocks on 8th feb. So back to the normal servers with Arcade and whatnot. Yikes.

Can't say much about the Gameplay itself, I hope they improve the Card Economy a bit since the losing team is kinda ♥♥♥ after some time. Everyone compares it to COD, I only played games like CSGO so having to deal with snipers jumpshotting you constantly was quite some fun. According to patch notes they decreased the accuracy for most guns now (was 100 in air) but it still feels super easy to pull off. Animations are a bit wonky and the game itself feels like it is from 2010 but I don't mind that at all. I actually like it.

Do I recommend the game? Yea BUT I would advice you to wait or play Scrims with Friends/Teams until they fix the Matchmaking/Normal servers/Crashing. If you are into COD it's probably super awesome for you but if you are used to more static games without leaning, laying down or jumpshots you really need to spend some time getting into it.

I have to give props to the Devs tho who are trying their hardest to fix the issues and communitcate with the community. I'm sure the game has a great future as a competetive title and I can't wait to play it crash-free.

Bought it, not regretting it so far.
I'm used to higher prices for founder packs so I'm def not complaining about the price.
I LOVEEEE the SR-47 and having a skin for it is lovely.
The other guns are nice aswell, the banner is meh tbh, the CBT one looks better but at least the Character makes up for it.

If you would like to support the game I'd recommend buying this package.

Was waiting desperately for a new free to play shooter to play. I discovered Black Squad years ago and was thrilled to see that it finally will be released on the European market.

I played the Alpha and both Closed Beta Versions and so far I have to give props to the developers for doing such a great work. Very good communication with the Community thanks to the Medics/Neobricks. The major things that the community mentions are getting implemented, it takes some time but the game seems to be going in a good way.

My personal PRO's:
- NO PAY TO WIN, real money will only give you skins. No super special high damage low recoil weapons, just skins.
- BattlEye as Anti-Cheat. If anyone of you played Skill Special Force 2 you may know the pain. Every second game at least one Cheater and no improvement in sight. Since BattlEye is one of the best AC currently on the market I'm glad to see it supports Black Squad.
- Variety, for an Early Access there is already a good amount of variety. No matter if it's Guns, Game Modes or Maps!
- Free DLC's with plenty of guns
- Crosshair Customisation for free (*cough* not like Sf2 where you have to pay for it *cough*)

Update November 2018: We have e-Sports baby, ESL is available since some time now, starting with the Go4 Cup and a Demolition Cup. They will have a Tournament/Major Cup next year with some prize money, let's see if we will also get a lan event in the future, would be nice.


So, whoever of you might be looking for a nice free to play shooter: TIHS IS IT.
I can only recommend you to try it out, it runs very smoothly for me on ultra settings and I definitely will get addicted to it.

So far it makes a decent impression.

After trying Zula the Lobby/Ingame Menu of this game looks like a piece of art, not too cluttered, very well arranged no cancer for my eyes. Big PLUS!
I was able to find my friend, add him and search together for a quickmatch, worked perfectly fine, first impression so far very good. Had fun trying out all the modes and figuring out what's happening, haha.
I picked the Character with the fast movement (idk how he is called, the only one who looks kind of attractive) and can't understands the complains about the invisible Character: the stealth mode is pretty obvious if you don't see that sh*t then damn get your eyes checked.
Had no problems against higher level players after I figured out how the game works (skipped the tutorial because it was blasting my ears), overall I would say it is pretty "noob" friendly also there are a sh*t ton of guns in the shop to buy.

Seems to have some map variety , weapons are fine if you are used to free to play stuff. Recoil is barely there, I don't mind it at all. Had constant 200~ FPS, no lags whatsover, I played on EU (17 ping) and NA East (50 ping).
At first I was a bit shocked at the weapon price in the shop but in the early levels you seem to gain a lot of GP (Ingame Currency) and I was able to buy a new gun after playing for 2 hours and some other nice stuff.


Hope they will support the competetive scene , if there's going to be one.

Gonna update this if I decide to play it more frequently and do a in-depth review.

Very nice package, I like the guns a lot :)
