I have mixed emotions after playing Melissa K. and the Heart of Gold. I really enjoy adventure and puzzle games and games with a good story line. This game has it all. However, there are a few things that I got annoyed with:

The cons:
- The ghost voices were annoying, The voices sounded like they were drunk on nyquil when speaking.
- The "guide" talked too slow too like he was on drugs.
- The elder monk was too weird (but all in all likeable)
- I found myself using hints way too much because the "clues" were in areas that you would never think to look or have a reason to. Nothing gave you a hint as to where items might be unless you actually used the hint button.
- Some of the puzzles were too hard to the point where I had to "skip" a lot of them.
---->SPOILER ALERT!! The elder monk sacrifices himself in the fire, you sick bastards. *cries for days*

The pros:
-Amazing graphics, beautiful scenery
- Really good story line with some plot twists to keep you interested
- Great voice acting except for those damn ghosts
- You get a lizard for a pet, how cool is that?
- You can move forward without having to do a lot of hidden puzzles.

All in all I would say try this out for yourself and see how you like it. I paid .49 cents for it and I would say I got my money's worth. Just wish a few things were a little different that's all :)

Anyway back to the game.....

I love point and click adventure games but what the heck did I just play? I admit I read some of the reviews and thought people were just making up everything that was said but nope now I understand.

- Very short game over in like 10 minutes if that
- Naked lizard people
- Human kissing and tickling naked lizard woman and her child, yes AND her child!
- Strange naked lizard doctor who is clearly stuck in the 70's.

I wouldn't bother playing this game unless you got it for free and is into disturbing behavior.

As the second installment of the Grim Legends series I can honestly say I'm impressed as always. The art and animation in this game is supurb and the storyline is unique and imaginative. Some of the narrative is a little cheesy because it seems like the "healer" seems a little stupid at times with her one liners but other than that I really enjoyed this game. Looking forward to playing the 3rd installment.

I really enjoyed Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride, I honestly can say there isn't a game by Artifex Mundi that I haven't enjoyed playing. At least as of yet. The graphics and animation are incredible as always and the story line had a pretty unique twist in the middle. If you are into HOGs, adventure and mystery then definitely pick up Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride.

I recommend this game for the achievements, if you are into letters :) Other than that its fun for a while but boring at the same time.

Finally got to play the third installment of the Enigmatis series, I absolutely loved it. I recommend all three of the Enigmatis games. Graphics/artwork is outstanding, the story is great. Always wondering what is going to happen next. If you are into HOGs then pick this game up!

I love hidden object games and mysteries, Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek has delivered the latter. I recommend this game if you are into solving puzzles and love suspense. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit creeped out playing this game in the dark, with that suspenseful music playing in the background. Only negative thing I can say is that it was over too quickly.

When I first started playing this game a few years ago I gave it a bad review after about 10 hours of playing time, everything seemed repetitive and it got boring really fast, however I decided to wait it out till the new updates and I'm glad I came back. This game has definitely come a long way. It's even better when you play with others. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a planet that had some people on it, and then the community grew even more. If you want to meet people and make friends in the game, hang out at the space anomaly and check out the featured bases at the main teleporter. I'm a huge fan of crafting and building and this game lets you do it all.

*The ONLY negative thing I can say right now is that I wish there were more building materials, since I unlocked everything it would be nice to work with new items instead of the same old stuff but thats okay I'm sure we will see new stuff in the future! Anyway I give the game a 10/10 as opposed to the 5/10 I gave it in 2015/2016 *

How do I feel about the game Banished? Well let me tell you, I purchased the game during the Steam Summer Sale because I was already curious about this game. Basically when I started the game I blinked and it was 9 hours later. No lie. I became addicted instantly. There are 3 different modes you can play on, easy, medium, hard. I started out on Easy just so I can get the grasp of the game. It's not as easy as you would think. It's a game of survival, in which you have to make sure your citizens are warm, fed, and happy. I love how buildings and other structures are not instantly built with a click of the button. You actually have to watch your citizens gather the materials, then start the construction. I highly recommend this game for the casual player. Also there are several mods that are available for this game, be sure to check them out.

PS. Pro-tip: I recommend getting your food sources down asap for you citizens, if not your people will go hungry and they will die sadly.
