Best to save money for awp is, to buy p250+ kevelar on 2nd round if lost pistol round, full eco in 3rd round and you will be able to buy awp without armor in 4th round even you didnt get any kills in previous rounds. if you win pistol, you should buy ump, if you die in 2nd round but your team wins it anyways, you should buy only armor and stick with pistol in 3rd round because your opponents will have full eco if they didnt plant bomb in any of first rounds. and again buy awp in 4th or stick with ump. you shouldnt buy awp in 3rd round because enemies might have pistols onlyand rush together. you cant kill them all if they are coming together. if you lose a round after full buy, you should force next, full eco after if lose and you should be able to buy awp
