The gameplay is an improvement, but the narrative is not. Very half-baked.

Incredible story, fun gameplay, great DLCs.

So this game certainly doesn't reach the heights of 3 or New Vegas.

The RPG elements aren't nearly as gripping or interesting, and in many ways the game seems quite bland in comparison.

But I still really enjoyed it.

The game definitely shows its age in various spots, even when glazed in mods. And I must preface this by saying that turn-based combat is a style of gaming I generally despise.

But yes, as I'm sure many people say in these reviews, this is one of the greatest games I have ever played in my entire life.

Narratively, it's an absolute masterpiece.

The twist is brilliantly well-written, and left my jaw wide open for nearly a whole minute. Everything is there, the foreshadowing, the hints, yet none of it clicked right up until that moment and I was blown away. Right then, as I saw possibly my favourite twist ever, I knew this was one of the best gaming experiences of my life.

The characters are all incredibly in-depth, and I found a lightside playthrough very rewarding especially with characters like Bastilla whom I put an awful amount of time into developing my bond with.

The planets are all gorgeous and full of life (one minor exception) and even when certain areas are lacking they play their part in that segment of the story well.

I will say, that in my opinion, the entire first planet (and therefore few hours at the least) is pretty rubbish. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hated Taris. The lower levels all look the same (ugly) and without any force abilities the combat is lacking.

The exploration in these parts is very boring and repetitive, and the quests are similar too.

However, the game truly blossoms once you escape Taris, and it's pretty smooth sailing from there onwards.

In terms of the style of this game, the combat, the movement, the game mechanics basically, it's everything I really don't like. It's just not my thing personally at all. But it transcends that. I found myself enjoying the combat eventually, and I found myself getting wrapped up in exploring or talking to characters. It's just that well made.

A game everyone needs to play at some point in their life, whether they are a Star Wars fan or not, it's a must.

Its age definitely shows in some areas but it's strangely visually appeasing and has quite a good story. The combat may be a little bit dated but it's decently fun most of the time and there's a lot of fun to be had with all the items and weapons and such.

Wow.

Now this game certainly has its problems. I avoided a lot of the bugs that the game is famous for due to mods, but my issues were more with the actual game itself.

This game can be quite a drag sometimes, making you do some ridiculous stuff for the smallest things. It can be poorly designed, tedious, and annoying.

However, it is saved by the wonderful story and how much your decisions actually matter. This is my first playthrough, and I spent 16 hours dedicating myself to trying my absolute best to be a decent person and avoid conflict with factions. I seriously managed to unite so many people and factions that I never thought would join together.

The depth to the characters and gameplay is insane and although I have had my issues with the game and various moments that annoyed me and put me off it, the good was so GOOD that it overall outshines the bad. An amazing game and an amazing experience for a gamer who isn't even usually an RPG guy!

Wow!

A still extremely gripping game with a great story, great soundtrack, great design, great gameplay, and an overall extremely fun experience even now - especially on PC. 10/10

Easily in my top 10 favourite games. I rarely enjoy demanding or challenging games, I find they drain me and I usually don't feel much accomplishment for getting past difficult sections. But when I spent over an hour on one boss and watched guides on how to beat him and managed to apply everything and accomplish it without lowering my difficulty the level of pride I felt was amazing. This game is very rewarding, with excellent combat, fun platforming (although a bit too much early on in the game I feel), and has an excellent story.

Cal Kestis is a great protagonist who really grows on you as the story progresses. I never minded him, but I found myself uninterested with him at first. Possibly due to his mostly quiet nature. However, as the story progresses I found I absolutely fell in love with him as a character, and I pray to see him in live action one day.

The only small issues I had with the game was one that I found the beginning of the game a bit of a drag. It was slow with way too much platforming and uninteresting enemies. The second thing being that I really, really didn't enjoy any of the creatures I fought compared to more humanoid enemies. I just hated fighting all of them, they were never fun to play against, and were far more of an annoyance compared to satisfyingly slicing through stormtroopers.

Overall, it is a fantastic game and well worth giving it a go if you put up with the beginning of the game. I think even if you aren't into Star Wars, you could really enjoy this game and immerse yourself into the story. Again, definitely in my top 10 games now. Amazing game and cannot wait to play the sequel.

Best Zombies experience since 2015 and probably always will be. Best set of maps, great mechanics, great story, great weapons, the only thing I would say I prefer in other games is the movement systems in the earlier cods. But I still actually love the movement system in bo3, the sliding is great for example and the wall running is quite cool. The campaign is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the multiplayer isn't as much fun now as it was back when this released but this game is honestly worth it purely for the zombies.

Amazing game. Because of Asylum, I became a massive Batman fan. And playing this was amazing. I'll admit the start is slow, and the first few missions didn't catch my interest. But once you get going, it gets really fun. The characters are all great, the side content is amazing, and the combat is just incredible. It's addicting. A really enjoyable game all in all and I highly recommend it.
