Clear out webcache_4430 and data folders
If not working, repeat above with uninstalling EAC and deleting EAC and BATTLEYE folders along with three Fortnite game launchers (except for Fortnite launcher)
1024 576 79 res optimum for Fortnite, change via FortniteGame local folder, Config > WindowsClient > GameUserSettings > untick read only > make changes> reticle read only

Untick HD Textures in options and tick disable cosmetic streaming
