It's not done yet but Blizzard is working BIG overtime to get the map ready before the next league of legends map. "The goal with this map is to bring back veteran players like SerkOne, Pizzalover and Digitalis to the storm, utilizing special hero bans to spice up the meta" The Hots Development person tweeted this morning. Heros confirmed not playable on this new map so far are Lucio, Qhira and Nazeebo.

There's also rumors of a new ARAM gamemode coming to hots later this year, "All Random All Male" which should further convince these veteran players to keep playing.

The patch changed everything... His winrate just keeps rising with no end in sight. At first we thought a simple hotfix would fix the 56%+ winrate champion but our trust in riot was betrayed when 60% was a reality. These days, 60% would be welcomed and cherished, but those days are long gone. Everyone believed winrate was hardcapped at 100% but this guy isn't bound by logic. At the current 145% chance of winning any game he's in the next game you play is almost a guaranteed victory if you played Akshan the game before. 3 seconds spin buffed TO INFINITY is just so broken no one knows what the hell riot was thinking.
