Oh man, I really really like this one and wish we had more games like this. Not only ones that give you the perspective of an "investigator" (so to speak) but also ones with such a tight narrative. It is a linear and quite short game (around 4-4,5h) but well worth the asking price. My only wish now: I want more. More of the gameplay and cool puzzling that makes you feel intelligent and dumb at the same time. And also more story. More of the world. Please give us MORE.

Spoiler for an "event" in game: Holy moly, the bomb part was fantastic. Was sitting at the edge of my seat. It just felt spot on.

That was a fantastic game. Top notch voice acting and the style and presentation fits perfectly. It is on the shorter side of games but I think the humor and just everything combined is worth it. Played it in one sitting on the Steam Deck and the Platinum ProtonDB rating is deserved. No problems.

Streamed it to some people, made them uncomfortable narrating it, would do again.

I'm still able to resist, because I know I will get addicted (as everyone else) once I really start it.

145h to 100% it. Could have been faster of course but it's just enjoyable to watch them move around and work and relax.

A game for fans, that is for sure.
It at times feels clunky and old, from animations to the way missions work. But all of that fits the way it feels to be RoboCop. And it feels damn good to play as him.
The action is big, the story very fitting (between RoboCop 2 and 3) and the mundane police work is just the piece that is needed to balance it out.

My only real complain in terms of graphics are the upscaling technologies. They unfortunatley introduce a lot of ghosting and shimmering. (AMD card, so I can't test the NVIDIA counterpart)

I would recommend it with at least a small sale, 40€ or lower is quite fitting for an enjoyable 20h (can be finished faster but also introduced a NG+ and tbh it is fun to play an OP RoboCop with all upgrades).

It is just THAT good

I suck at it but it is fun. Bring friends for even more fun. Quite a lot of updates, quite a lot of fun.
Verdict: Fun.

It's damn good and gets better with every update.
Lot's of weapons and playstyles and a really nice amount of content even without the grind for the best equipment.

Oh, and it looks very nice and the community is super helpful and nice aswell.

Owlboy is a good game, not perfect, not a 10/10 just plain good. Lovable characters, fantastic pixel art and animations, great music.

But it also is a bit too easy, controls could be tighter and because it is a mixture of genres it lacks a bit personality in the gameplay.

I may play it again to find all the collectibles and secrets but not for the story or gameplay itself, unfortunately.
