Great game so far. If youre on the fence, give it a bit more time to cook. Theres a demo coming in october too.

Lobby simulator.

Game is good.

Happy Wars pretty much. Game has serious potential.

The good? The gameplay is stellar. Shooting and melee feel great and satisfying due to the nice animations and ragdolls. Graphics and environment design is great. They absolutely NAILED the 40k atmosphere and setting.

The bad? Everything else. End-game revolves around an RNG time based loot shop. Want a specific weapon type? Tough ♥♥♥♥, pray to RNJesus. Missions and difficulties are on a time table as well. Have a challenge that needs to be done on a specific mission? Tough ♥♥♥♥, pray to RNJesus. Daily/weekly missions are poorly designed. Class/weapon balance is wack. Some class challenges are completely counterproductive to the core of a co-op game like this, some downright encourage sabotaging the group in a sense.

The ugly? Its an unfinished product with promised features outright missing.
The ugliest? The devs have gone radio silent, leaving me with zero hope that things will improve.

A more casual, streamlined Escape From Tarkov. No P2W, solid gameplay loop, decent enough graphics. Definitely worth a shot, its free so you lose nothing.

Great game, played a ton of the demo and while the server crashes and a few bugs are a bummer, im loving what i see so far. The challenge is great and while im taking my time and smelling the roses, im excited to see what the end-game has in store for us.

PS: Review bombers are pathetic.

Awful optimisation. Looks dated even for the year it came out in.
P2W in the sense players can pay for better versions of weapons that f2p players have to play for 100s of hours to access. These weapons also come with mods that massively improve the weapons capabilities, but you need to play 100s of hours to access them, or of course, use your mom's credit card.
There will be many people that deny theres any p2w, they are just apologists justifying them paying money to obtain an advantage over others.
The dev team is incompetent, inexperienced, and barely communicates with the playerbase. They are more focused on adding new weapons for you to pay for rather than making significant changes to the game. After 6 years the game is nearly the exact same.

All in all, its a crappy 4/10 GTA-like wannabe with an awful community, p2w and a dated engine with dated gameplay. Recommend a hard pass.

Worst than the first in every single way. They turned what was a great FPS shooter akin to Doom, into a garbage, bland and incredibly shallow Borderlands wannabee. Avoid completely, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.
