It's like if a choose-your-own-adventure book gained sentience and fell down a k-hole and I mean that in the absolute best way possible.

Adding in Denuvo over a YEAR after release feels like a bait and switch that only hurts paying customers (obviously pirates haven't been worrying about it). Especially galling for such a mediocre game.

Next time, add Denuvo before release so I add your game to my "Ignored" list and go buy something else from a company that doesn't treat paying customers like criminals.

Jedi: Fallen Order really is a fantastic Star Wars game. The graphics are top tier, the game play is actually fun, and the way it blends action and cinematics makes the game world feel a lot more realistic instead of cutscenes that tend to break immersion.

I played through this game a couple years ago on Xbox and wanted to replay on PC, but held off on buying until learning you can play it without installing Origin or creating an EA account by changing the launch options, as explained in a guide. I'm personally unwilling to buy games that require you to create a separate account or install completely unnecessary software (much of which come with security/privacy/performance issues) just to be able to play an offline game I already paid for.

The game itself is great, and it's even better when you don't have to give EA your data :)

Short(ish) and sweet puzzle game with a similar tone to Portal. I really liked it and very much hope that the developer makes a sequel or some DLC to build upon the world and setting. My only gripe was that the sections with the hostile enemy bots could get a bit frustrating and didn't mesh well with the style of the rest of the game, but they were fairly infrequent and the overall experience was a net positive for me.

Ctrl Alt Ego is a slightly weird and wonderful indie game that's well worth the asking price IMHO. There are a ton of different ways to approach the various puzzles/tasks in the game (or, in some cases, skip them entirely), and MindThunk's clearly put a ton of care into making the game. I've beaten it once already going for stealth the first time around, and now I'm going back through on a lower difficulty to try a more combat-oriented approach and get more of the achievements. Highly recommended, and I really hope the dev decides to make a sequel or some DLC at some point in the future :)

It's a pretty fantastic game, and I especially liked the story - although it takes some searching to uncover all of the collectible tablets that flesh it all out, it was worth it IMHO. There are some optional bits that get a bit grind-y (::cough::the ark::cough), since you can't get the full payoff until after you complete the main story, but I really enjoyed the game as a whole. I really hope 10tons decides to make a sequel at some point in the future.

I liked Webbed a lot. The web swinging mechanics make for some pretty fun acrobatics, and the puzzles generally had a couple different ways you can solve them (including building web slingshots and flinging yourself across great distances). It took me ~9 hours to complete the game with all collectibles, and all but one achievement - enough time to enjoy it, without getting repetitive.

Cons:
None really. That (optional) skateboarding part is a bit annoying, but do-able.
