I don't know much about Majesty 2 multiplayer, and I know you need to do a fake LAN connection of some kind (VPN or whatever) to do Majesty Gold through multiplayer. I haven't done it in a very long time however, so I don't know.

Since items on tf2backpack are sold from the backpack, I had just assumed that my post would be automatically deleted when the item was removed from my backpack.
