It doesn't seem that this is really ready for prime time on PCs yet. (at least with steam). The launcher starts and you can see some launcher updating occurring but it will finally not show a screen - yet Steam will think it's running. You have to look deep in the process tree, but there are 5 instances of the launcher running - none have a UI.

I'll have to try again when it's baked more.

That's 30 minutes of my life I don't want back. Gleefully given.

Just watch it.

It's kind of a Steampunk Mech FTL but it feels more like you're in some control of your destiny. Unlike FTL which just feels like it cheats (grin) The match mechanic is NOT the primary focus of the game, in fact, matching is easy, the hard part is matching the resources you need to keep up the fight. Lots of variations, slight story based modifications to play that help keep it interesting.

And it seems like a good bit of replayability. Definitely recommended. At least put it on your wishlist and pick it up on sale. This would also make a decent mobile title as it is turn based. Surely they have that in mind.

Skyrim = good
Third parties without support systems selling what used to be free mods = BAD
Fourth parties stealing free mods and selling them on Steam = also bad.
With Valve and Bethesda making money from stolen content, the laywers are going to have a blast - they won't be going after the person that posted it, they'll go after Valve and Bethesda because they have pockets.
So bad, so not thought out.
So $5 horse armor.

Just know what you're getting into. This is a headphone game and I recommend that you try to do it in one sitting. Remember who you are and that you've been away.

Well, I liked where it looked like it was going, but where it's gone - I cannot follow.

Since I helped fund an F2P mobile game, how about you just send me my checks and I'll shut up. I just wish I had known that this is what I was investing in when I signed up.

The default "developer commentary" is an indication that you're DEEP DEEP in the weeds and way out of touch with your product.

Did minecraft have a "developer commentary" or even a tutorial?

It's early but it's promising.
