I died in this war.

One of the finest RPGs ever crafted with its only flaw being the extremely slow pacing mostly due to the fact that its story is much bigger than the game is letting you know right until the very end with a cliffhanger that plays with your emotions and only make you want XSEED to localize the sequel much faster. If my opinion ever meant anything to you, I strongly recommend this game even at full price for 40-60 hours of a phenomenal experience. Do note the game is 60% story and 40% gameplay.

What the ♥♥♥♥?

A very well done game revolving around the glorification of war. It makes you feel like a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the game goes into some very depressing and sometimes even uncomfortable terretories. It really makes you think about the position FPSs are in right now.
Story wise, the game revovles around a captain and his 2 soldier comarades going into a devestaed dubai after a sandstorm destroys and traps civilians in it. The game is then about you finding out what happened and diving into your insanity. You're trapped in dubai with no contact outside trying your best to be the hero but only succeed in making things worse. There are no "villians" in this game. It's just men who turn insane from the tragedy around them.
Gameplay is generic and dull, but I'm pretty sure it's an ironic statement because it revolves around killing your own fellow army soldiers as if the game is asking you if you're supposed to take pleasure killing them.
The game is a solid 8/10, highly recommended if you're looking for a horror story and this goes on sale. Even when you beat the game (it's very short, you can beat it in 5 hours), there's always something to talk about because everyone has different points of views on what the game is about. There's multiplayer but it's ass and even the devs of the game called it cancer.
