If you enjoy map games, this is it. This is THE map game. I'm still a noob and learning, I don't really understand navy, but I am doing fine without. This game has lots of replay-ability and a large mod community that can add whatever quality of life you desire, or content including modern militaries.

This is ass.

27 Hours in and there is still a monstrous amount of content to explore. A truly unique sandbox RPG experience that is quite grindy, but very rewarding.

So far this game is good; however, hard to recommend with the severe lack of optimization. I am running a i7-12700kf, 1080ti Founders, 32 GB of whatever ram and it's installed on an m.2. The frame drops are in every stage. They're very obnoxious, dropping your game's frame rate to <10fps for 3 or more seconds each time. I've tried running on dx11 and dx12 with slightly better frame rate in dx12, but it does nothing to fix the major frame drops. The story has been very good and intriguing, and the game play is original, but this game is difficult to recommend in it's current state. Maybe let this one cook for a while. However; based on the dev's latest notes, it may seem they are already finished with optimization.

Good game with friends. The only bugs I've ran into is one item falling through the floor; so, I'm not really sure what everyone is talking about this game being broken. This is another extraction based horror game, and is worth the price if you have some friends to play with.

After wasting 30 minutes of my life, my car collided with nothing and everything broke. I pushed it to the town, fixed it, and kept going. At 2hr30min in the same exact thing happened. Don't waste your time or money, its too broken.

Another game where the community expects too much. Everyone is crying, "the game is unbalanced, please fix.". Give em some damn time, its been 24 hours. And not sure about the cheaters, people saying 4/5 games has a cheater and i have yet to run into anybody obviously cheating. The game isn't bad, the balancing is a wip. The community like every other big game is a bunch of cry babies. If you're reading reviews to see if you should play, its free and only 17GB. Just play and form your own original opinion.

Bought this day one and was reluctant to review. The game is honestly ass for the current asking price. It's been almost 2 months and we've received an update. That's it a single update. So far they've just pretty much ignored the community, put a sheet of lies over everyone faces saying, "we hear you" then proceeding to skull ♥♥♥♥ us. I doubt they even had to fix server issues, it was probably all 'fixed' when the player numbers tanked. I don't see why companies are just straight pushing garbage. Every mainstream release just about. Do they not play the games?? Who tf are they paying to come up with this trash and who is just allowing it to walk out the door in the state it's in?

There is an extreme lack of content as well. "They'll add it later!" Well I'm not paying for the game later, plain and simple. I already paid, and I'd like my money back. This game isn't in early access, why should I have to suffer like it is??

12/15/2023 - They updated the game at some point, just to add paid dlc. Aside from that who tf knows what they changed since the patch notes won't load. Probably not much.

TLDR - Game is ♥♥♥♥, and a waste of money. "They'll fix it." Cope harder. At this rate wait 2 years and maybe the game will be good. As of Nov 25th there has still only been one update.

This is honestly the best 4 man coop game to hit the shelves in a fat minute. For this game, $10 is a steal. The game loop ten hours in is very fun so far and still offers more to discover. There's some bugs/glitches but nothing life altering so far. The dev plans on adding plenty more ai and moons to visit adding more replay-ability in the future.
PS If you think this game is boring, it's you and your friends who are boring.

Cool concept, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ execution. Sorting your stash is awful, it takes forever. By the end my back hurts from all the reaching down. The UI is confusing and because of the lack of interest and reason to play this game I never have and never will take the time to learn it. Why do you need to go to a different area to accept missions from traders, purchase gear, etc when your base area is already spacious? Maybe let all those functions be done from your base. I'd much rather play Into The Radius or something like that. This game works fine with the valve index, but from my understanding it doesn't play well with other headsets. Really not worth the time or effort; just stick to EFT if that's your thing.
