Early Access Review
Absolutely lovely!

I can't recommend this game enough. It is very complicated and does have its bumps but once you get over the beginning (there are a lot of helpful guides) this game offers amazing depth and is extremely satisfying. The possibilities are great and I feel like I always have something else to plan for my republic or ideas for my next savefile.
To add to the great gameplay the developers have really created a loving atmosphere and you can tell the effort they have taken to recreate this eastern-european style from the 60s to the 80s. It's a joy for anyone who has been there or is interested in it.
Additionally the game has a great community with tons of helpful guides and terrific mods that give you everything you could ask for and smooth out some bumps in the base game. It's everything I wanted out of a simulation game of this type and I look forward to every update.

It's hard to make a comedy game, and very few have done it right. Jazzpunk succeeds in a great fashion, the game is stylish and hilarious. Those who explore the world are rewarded with a number of jokes. Everything in this game is meant to be silly, and very lovable. If you are looking for a fun game, this is a great choice.

To enjoy Dark Souls you will have to invest much time and patience, but if you do, you will be rewarded with one of the best combat system in any game and a rich lore with much to discover. Dark Souls does not let you make mistakes, but once you fight your way through the beginning of the story you will be gripped by this refreshing game. Dark Souls will never hold your hand or show you what to do, at least not directly, which makes it stand out from almost every other title released in recent years. The combat is fast and exciting, yet every move needs to be carefully planned, enemies need to be observed and if you make a mistake, you will likely find yourself back at the last checkpoint. There is a huge variety of weapons, all of which have their own feel to it, the lighter katanas will favor quick playstyles, while large greatswords will make you feel the weight of the weapon, it is absolutely perfected and the best I have ever seen. Every boss is challenging, unique and interesting, and if you really cannot beat one of them, Dark Souls offers a very original online co-op and PvP system. Other players may offer help for specific areas of the game and you can summon them for help, it's a great way to play online which does not break the immersion, although it does suffer from server issues from time to time. The story of Dark Souls is not directly told, the players will have to search for answers themselves, but are rewarded for it with a great story of the world that the game takes place in.

Overall, there is much more to say, but those who invest a little into this game will find it incredible and understand the love that this game receives by so many of its players. For me it is one of the best games of all time.
