Undeniably the best modern city building simulation game out there and features more control over your city.
I regret paying for EA's recent SimCity game which turned out to be a big failure in all aspects.

The story is so emotionally moving and inspiring that upon finishing it and going through the ending, you will feel so much better. To say it simply, it is without a doubt a beautiful game, regardless of graphics or whatsoever. If you must cry, it's worth it.
