Game is good but undercooked, reminds me of CP2077 on release, which i was able to finish right away but it had lots of bugs and non-functioning systems. Stalker 2 is a great game, despite its far from good technical state. Atmosphere and freedom are top notch. Stealth and A-Life are broken at the moment.

Game is beautiful but missing some graphical effects like foliage self-shadowing. Also the game is insanely CPU-bound, leaving my RX 7900XTX never reaching 99-100% load on 3440x1440 native with mix of high and epic settings (paired with 5800X), usually averaging 80-85% gpu load.

It is a faithful sequel to the cult game, i hope devs will patch thing in the future, it is a miracle that the game is released despide all the shenanigans developers went through while making it.

Unbeliavable, but Bloober Team cooked with this one. You can feel how developers actually love source material. Game has tons of references to the OG SH2, atmosphere is top notch, beautiful music from Akira Yamaoka is present, graphics are pretty good and new additions don't break what made OG SH2 a masterpiece 23 years ago.

Few issues are present, though: mainly traversal stutter-related. I hope that will be patched quickly.

Thank you, Bloober Team. After all these years this series and us, fans, finally got some love that we all hoped for.

Still one of the best immersive sims and stealth games. It is sad that embracer group killed the franchise.

The game is really fun. Reminds me of indie coop horror games of yesterdecade, but much more atmospheric (hence the Outlast series), polished and fun. Enemy AI is good and pretty relentless. Proximity voice chat is good. Performance-wise game is great even with RT enabled on ultrawide 1440p (though with it disabled game behaves more stable and RAM/VRAM usage can spike to enormous levels with RT). Chase OST is good as the music in general.

Cons: tuning FOV requires editing .ini file, no ingame slider. LFG system is somewhat clunky (but functional).

I recommend it to outlast fans and other gamer who want to have some COOP fun. Also, game is GOAT with friends.

Well, i'll divide my review to two parts: i'll review my experience with this port and with the game itself.

1) Well, I've got very lucky with this port or my configuration. It was very playable, i've encountered only one crash in penultimate chapter and no minor or gamebreaking bugs. Game is pretty memory- and thread-intensive. My config is Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB RAM (3733MT/s tight timings), 12GB Radeon RX 6700XT. I've played using high preset, ultra textures for all 4 texture options and FSR2 Quality enabled. Game has some issues with shimmering by itself so the only visual impact of FSR2 was water and reflections. I was able to constrain VRAM usage in around ~11.5-11.8Gb range with these settings with process taking 200-500mb less then overall VRAM allocation. In terms of RAM.... well, game eats it for breakfast, peak for me was 29GB RAM consumed, but usually it bounces within 20-24GB range after an hour of playing. CPU usage bounced between 55 and 70%, game loves threads so it was pretty happy with having 16 of them.
Patches played: 1.0.1.5 and 1.0.1.6. I've replaced oodle decompression library befor starting the game then let shaders build before going into game. It took time, man. But after that - almost flawless with framerate in range of 75-100.

2) The game itself. I've watched and heard TLOU but never played it by myself. Still one of the best games ever made, stunning direction is here, graphics are insanely great, music, atmosphere - everything is here.

If you have at least 12GB VRAM, lots of RAM and 16+ threads, game must be enjoyable for you now.

But it needs to be optimized much more tho.....

Good adventure game with touching story, some horror elements and somewhat resembling me of SOMA. Pretty damn touching.

This game is definitely a piece of art. Beautiful tragic story without a single word spoken.

Finally, Hitman is back. Good level of variability, insane level of replayability, fine graphics and good stealth. It's very similar to Blood Money so BM fans should like it. Updating drivers to Crimson Edition 16.3 fixed many problems with DX12 on my Radeon R9 280X and now game has decent performance (40-50 fps, ~30 on scenes with many people) on all ultra except textures (unable to set them on high, looks like 3Gb VRam limitation), SSAO off and shadows on high instead of ultra. Performance is way better than it was on beta.

Hope devs will fix performance and crash issues that many people have. Gameplay-wise it is awesome and I can't say that it acts like Batman: Arkham Knight in terms of performance and bugs.

Upd: Completed Paris level. Game works pretty decent. Anyway, game needs some more optimization.

The most unique game ever made. Mindblowing plot, good humour and awesome atmosphere. Hope i'll see another games like this some day. As for PC port quality, beating all bugs and technical issues totally worth it.
