When someone is busy looking at their phone, I like to run into their legs so that they drop their phone, steal it, and run away as they chase me somewhere where they can't find me anymore.

Then I just drop the phone on the ground and do something else that entertains me

EDIT. SIGH. What happened to the cute cat game that this started off as? The world that this game puts you in about 30-60 minutes into the game is a far cry from the interesting cat game this could have been. Very minor spoilers ahead.

Yes you get to meow whenever you please, a lot (even during almost all cutscenes), but the world is just full of robots that never properly react to you emotionally (a heart sign on their computer face does not cut it sorry) that you still have actual conversations with via the drone you carry on your back like a universal translator that can also hack doors and computers and also acts as a backpack.

It gets to the point, early on, where you have to ask, why bother making a cat the protagonist?

The city is amazingly designed and it seems pretty clear that they could have made puzzles and adventures with you as a cat without having to resort to all of this. Surely at some point they should have realised that if you're looking for the best companions for a cat, two of the worst contenders were probably a near-emotionless robot and a drone that lets you speak english, and hey, maybe a touch of cthulu wasn't necessary either guys.

I just want to knock over some things from a bookshelf and cause some chaos that ends up in a butterfly effect that gets me home to my cat friends.
